With kubernetes library v1.4.0, makeInformer result exposes the cache functions (list, get) (see kubernetes-client/javascript#2645). It is not necessary anymore to have our own implementation.
The tests for
resource-informerhave been split in two files, to mock the kubernetes library in one file only.
